Hexamech PET preform jar moulds are engineered for wide-mouth and large-format packaging applications commonly used in food and consumer goods markets. Designed to handle increased wall thickness and larger material volumes, the moulds maintain tight dimensional tolerances and controlled surface finish. Hot Runner Components & Conversion Kit

Hexamech provides hot runner components and conversion kits for PET preform moulds manufactured by us, as well as selected mould systems from Husky, Nissei ASB, SIPA, MHT, Otto Hofstetter, and SIG. Our solutions support neck finish upgrades and preform weight optimisation through alternate core configurations, enabling efficient adaptation to current production requirements without full mould replacement.

Hot runner Systems

Hexamech hot runner systems are designed to deliver precise thermal control and reliable valve gate operation for PET preform moulding applications. Our integrated controllers manage both temperature regulation and valve sequencing, supporting stable melt flow and consistent cavity performance. This controlled approach improves part quality, reduces process variation, and minimises material waste during production.
